
Just right for a winter night. Made with dark chocolate cocoa and topped with heavy non-dairy whipped cream. It quickly became my favorite frozen vegan desert, hope you like it too.
This dessert is a parfait so keep in mind you will be layering the ingredients. Using your most attractive dessert glasses, cover the bottom with the mocha coffee. Now place one scoop of ice cream on top, layer with more mocha coffee. Now add the final scoop of ice cream with another layer of mocha coffee, top with a generous serving of Coco Whip. Use the Powdered Cocoa to garnish. Enjoy!
